PINEVILLE, La. – (6 a.m.) – Throughout the night, Cleco crews restored power to roughly 3,000 customers who lost power following strong storms that moved through the area yesterday afternoon.      

“Today, local Cleco crews and crews from around the state will continue to assess damage, clear and clean debris, as well as replace broken poles, cross arms and downed wire,” said James Lass, general manager of distribution operations and emergency management. 

Cleco reports approximately 6,300 customers in Rapides Parish are without power.
