PINEVILLE, La. - Cleco Corporation (NYSE: CNL) announced today that it is rescheduling its 2012 third-quarter earnings conference call originally scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time (7:30 a.m. Central time) due to the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy on the Northeast.  

Cleco's 2012 third-quarter earnings conference call has been rescheduled for Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time (7:30 a.m. Central time).  During the call, executive officers of the company will discuss the company's third-quarter and year-to-date financial results.  Cleco is still scheduled to release its third-quarter financial results today.
