Thomas R. Miller named Vice President - Treasurer of Cleco Corporation
R. Russell Davis and Jeffrey W. Hall to retire from Cleco Corporation
PINEVILLE, La. - Cleco Corporation announces the appointment of Thomas R. Miller as vice president - treasurer. Miller, currently serving as senior vice president and treasurer of Solar Trust of America, comes to Cleco with 30 years of experience in the financial area including 11 years at Exelon Corp and previous experience with Conoco Phillips. Miller will report to Darren J. Olagues, senior vice president and chief financial officer. In addition to treasury operations, Miller also will be responsible for Cleco's investor relations and corporate communications functions. Miller's appointment is effective July 16.
Cleco also is announcing that R. Russell Davis, senior vice president of external relations and information technology, and Jeffrey W. Hall, senior vice president of governmental affairs and chief diversity officer, have elected to retire later this year. Effective July 1, both will serve in a special projects capacity reporting to President and CEO Bruce A. Williamson. Their current responsibilities will be reallocated among other senior vice presidents who report to Williamson.
