Cleco Corporation to Webcast 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

PINEVILLE, La. - Cleco Corporation (NYSE: CNL) announced today that it will webcast its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 9 a.m. Central time (10 a.m. Eastern time) on Friday, April 27, 2012.

The meeting will be held at the Country Inn & Suites Pineville Convention Center, 2727 Monroe Highway, Pineville, La.

Investors and other interested parties can access the live Internet audio webcast and a copy of the presentation online. For those unable to listen to the live webcast, a replay will be available on Cleco's website for 12 months.
