Selected Foster Wheeler as boiler manufacturer

LPSC approval to proceed with construction, along with provisions to collect certain AFUDC costs from customers

Air permit received

March 16, 2006
Water permit received

Board approval received
May 4, 2006
Solid waste permit received
May 12, 2006
Reached a fixed-price agreement with Shaw for total project

Official groundbreaking ceremony

Start construction of fuel loading and unloading facility

Backfeed -- Power from substation fed power to the plant

Completion of fuel loading and unloading facility
