This facility is jointly-owned by Cleco Power LLC and Acadia Power Partners, L.L.C. It is operated by Cleco Power LLC. Access is restricted as approved in FERC Docket ER10-289.
Cleco Power and Cleco Power Marketer Affiliates have adequate procedures in place assuring the Cleco Power Marketer affiliates' employees, computer systems, applications, or databases do not have preferential access to Cleco Power's transmission information as required by Standards of Conduct, as provided in 18 CFR Part 37 or have access to non-public information as prohibited by the Codes of Conduct. Cleco has zero tolerance for violation of these procedures.
