Cleco Logo Guidelines
In 1998, Cleco officially changed its name from Central Louisiana Electric Company to Cleco Corporation to more accurately reflect how the company has grown and will continue to grow. The name Cleco is not an acronym, meaning it is not an abbreviation for another name. Our corporate signature, also known as our logo, is a corporate asset. It represents our company, services and reputation, setting us apart from all others. Since our identity is a visual way of identifying our products and services and has an essential link to our customers, it's important to use it consistently. The logo on our Web site is the property of Cleco Corporation and should not be used without permission. If you need a copy of our logo, please do not copy it from our Web site.
