Striking a balance between the energy needs of our customers and safeguarding the environment is a commitment Cleco takes seriously. We work hard to respect and conserve Louisiana's natural resources while providing safe, reliable electricity to our customers.

We undertook our first environmental education project in 1998, and have been actively involved in a number of initiatives since then. These initiatives focus on education, conservation, preservation and reforestation. By partnering with various environmental groups, Cleco has accomplished a great deal in a short time.
