Community Involvement

Cleco believes in supporting the communities in which we live, work and raise our families. What's important to our employees and customers is important to us. We work hard to be a good corporate neighbor and to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. The community is our lifeline. It's only right that we give  back to those who contribute to our success.

We support and participate in a number of organizations, community events and fund-raising activities throughout our service territory including those in which our employees volunteer their time and talents. Cleco also sponsors blood drives throughout the company. Some of the organizations we support include, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, the March of Dimes, the Salvation Army and the United Way of Central Louisiana.
